DVM -  Owner/Veterinarian

Edward R. Pinson

Dr. Pinson is a 1993 Graduate of the University of Georgia’s College of Veterinary Medicine. He has practiced in the Atlanta and Augusta areas before opening NOAH in Bogart, Georgia in 2008. His medical philosophy combines a common sense and a technologically advanced approach. He was recently honored as a finalist for the Best of the Best- Veterinarian by the Readers’ Choice awards of the Athens Banner Herald. Dr. Pinson is proud that NOAH is an AAHA-accredited hospital. This accreditation is only achieved by 15% of animal hospitals in the US. Dr. Pinson is also a member of the GVMA and AVMA. Dr. Pinson is a frequent volunteer for classroom presentations, supports work study and volunteer programs, and judges science fair projects. He is an active member of his church community. He enjoys UGA football games, traveling, and playing with his Golden Retriever Murray and cat, Theo.

Cammie

Practice Manager

Cammie became a part of the NOAH family in July of 2011. Originally from Cumming, Georgia, she graduated from the University of Georgia in 2008 with a degree in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She currently lives in Statham with her husband, their 3 children, and two rescue pit bulls, Guinness and Cali.

KRISTINA LANE

Kristina Lane grew up in Cobb County, GA and decided she wanted to be a vet in second grade. She attended college at both Georgia Southern University and University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree while working at vet clinics and a dairy farm. She graduated vet school from the University of Georgia and currently lives in Athens. She married her high school sweetheart Brian, and together they have a daughter named Kylie and a son named Viggo. She has various pets including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ferrets, and reptiles. She enjoys cow print, camels, camping, hiking, horse-back riding, snowboarding, reading, and traveling. She has been a part of the NOAH family since 2015.

DANIELLE

Lead Vet Tech

Danielle joined the NOAH team in 2022. She has spent the last 15 years in animal sheltering and rescue work. As the former Director of the Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter she has participated in large transports, massive fundraising and served as a non-profit board member. In her free time she still volunteers with local rescue groups and shelters. She has three German Shepherds and enjoys off-roading, fishing and boating with her husband of 30 years.

CARLEIGH

Full-Time Veterinary Assistant


Carleigh is a student at Athens Tech for Vet Tech and has been a member of our team since October of 2022. She has previously worked in Montana at Glacier National Park as a wrangler/manager guiding horseback trail rides through the park. In her free time she enjoys cooking, gardening and hiking. She has three very spoiled fur babies: Kelso who is a German Shepard-Pyrenees mix, Zuko who is a Rottweiler mix, and Queen a golden retriever mix.

RACHEL

Full-Time Veterinary Assistant


Rachel joined the NOAH team in January of 2023. She is currently a senior at the University of Georgia, double majoring in Biological Sciences and Applied Biotechnology. She will be graduating in May 2023 and hopes to attend vet school next fall. She hopes to pursue a career as a small animal or exotic animal veterinarian. Rachel was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia where her pets currently live. She has two cats, Milly and Velvet, and two dogs, Daisy and Blu. In her free time, she enjoys reading a book at the beach or lounging by the pool. 

ABIGAIL

Full-Time Veterinary Assistant

Abby has been a part of the NOAH family since October 2021. She will be a UGA alum as of May 2023 with a degree in Biology. She has three black Labradors, Eliza, Beauty, and Brigham, all who are dropouts of the Guide Dog Foundation puppy program and two bobtailed cats, Newt and Cricket, from MOAS. In her freetime, Abby likes to go to the dog park, take her dogs for hikes at Georgia State Parks, and taking care of her plants. 

TAWNY

Part-Time Veterinary Assistant

Tawny joined the NOAH team in August 2021. She is currently enrolled in high school and in the future she plans to work as a large animal veterinarian. She lives on a small family farm with a variety of animals. She currently owns 2 horses and one Belgian, Zenibar’s Karma, Cheyenne, and Lucky Clover. She has two Australian shepherds, Zoey and Lightning. Her family also has two cows, two goats, and an unknown number of chickens and ducks. She started riding horses at a very young age, and has been riding on the Diamond D equestrian drill team since 2014. She has shown hogs for the FFA.

Nicole

Part-Time Veterinary Assistant

Nicole is a part time veterinary assistant that has been with the NOAH family since 2023. Nicole is also an accomplished artist, showing her work at festivals and in galleries. Nicole’s family consists of a husband, two sons, two dogs, two cats and a bird. In her free time, Nicole’s favorite activity is spending time outdoors with her family.

Emily graduated from the University of Georgia in 2011 with a degree in Biological Science. Emily has been a part of the NOAH family since August 2010. In her free time she enjoys cooking, crocheting, and spending time with her husband. They have one daughter and four furry children— their dogs, Sam & Gypsy, and their cats, Merlin & Arthur Riggs. She has always loved animals and enjoys getting to work with them every day.
